We feel very lucky to have had Chris Rousset in our corner. We needed to sell my mother-in-law’s home that was in a trust. Since she had passed away a few months earlier, we were told by our trust manager that we should try to sell it within six months of her passing for tax reasons. Chris is very qualified in all aspects of real estate including properties under trust or even those required to go through probate, which is not a qualification all realtors have. As when Chris helped us purchase our new home in 2013 through a short sale, he explained all the paperwork and the entire process and timeline to us.
